Who is Norris Carr?

Laguna`s Holistic Health Care Practitioner Since 1991 Norris Carr is a Master Hypnotist, Reflexologist, Massage Therapy, Reiki Grand Master, Iridology, Holistic Nutrition, Fitness expert and a student of Metaphysics. His form of life science and natural healing teachings has helped many restore their mind, body, and spirit. He is an inductee of Who's Who in Professionals and Executives.

Norris Carr is a Graduate with high honors from Clayton College of Natural Health, Southern California School of Massage, California Academy of the Healing Arts, Certified member of The International
Association of Professional Conversational Hypnotists and a student of The University of Metaphysics in association with The University of Sedona. He is also the Director of the Holistic Doctor's Speakers Bureau.

He is the former director of the Health is Wealth Sports Massage Team, who administered pre-event as well as post-event reflexology and sports massage on bi-athletes, tri-athletes and bodybuilders. Not only was he featured on ESPN and Channel 13 News on a number of occasions, but also on “The Best Dam Sports Show Period” with celebrity athletes.

He holds the distinct honor of being inducted into the Hall of Records in Washington as one of The Who's Who of Executives. As a community advocate he has provided his support and involvement in the founding of Soka University of America, located in Aliso Viejo California. He has taught alternative medical courses at UCI Medical College for first, second and fourth year medical students. Norris has written articles for the Laguna Life Magazine and two important training manuals for the California Academy of the Healing Arts on the subjects of natural health care.

I (Norris Carr) am not a physician nor a psychologist and I do not hold myself as such. I am a Life Science Practitioner and a Consultant of Holistic Health. This lifestyle you learn and master is not a substitution for medical treatment. For any medical problem it is important that you have seen your physician and have any medical treatment completed or underway. I hereby authorize Norris Carr and Health Is Wealth Holistic representatives to act in my behalf concerning the Holistic Health Analysis Procedure for Energy Evaluation (i.e. iridology, Sclerology, and Reflexology), all of which are non invasive. I specifically authorize Norris Carr to perform holistic health analysis for energy evaluation and develop for me a suggested holistic health program. I warrant that all information submitted for analysis and evaluation was submitted by me and is true to the best of my knowledge.

I recognize that the holistic health analysis procedures is an estimated method that is not yet approved by the medical profession or food and drug administration, although it has not been rejected.

I acknowledge that the holistic health analysis procedures, the evaluation and the suggested holistic health program are not for diagnosis, treatment, alleviation, mitigation, prevention or cure of any disease of any kind in any way. However, I reserve the right to use the knowledge I gain in the care of my own body in any legal manner I may choose including the suggested holistic health program.

I hereby attest and affirm that I am here on my own free will as a Client/student, on this and any subsequent visit. I am not an agent for federal, state or local agencies on a mission of entrapment or for any investigation purpose. On the count that anyone other than the undersigned disputes this agreement the contract is considered paid in full and null in void, if there is a matter of dispute between myself Norris Carr and my client we will settle all disputes in mediation as set forth by the laws of the state of California and administered in Orange County California.

Holistic Healing is compatible and never interferes with the most orthodox, complimentary or alternative medical treatments, so one may depend upon circumstance, choose to utilize more than one discipline.

You understand that Norris Carr? Health is Wealth is NOT a state licensed practitioner in the state of California, nor is he required to be, he is not a physician, or a nurse. I also understand that he is a highly skilled professional in holistic health sciences.

The undersigned Client acknowledges that he or she has been informed of the following information:

Hypnotherapist agrees to provide professional services in accordance with acquired training and experience giving undivided attention during scheduled consultations to facilitate Client's benefits. Hypnotherapist's work is Client-centered. Services provided utilize induction of hypnosis, and methods and principles used to help clients discover their inner creative abilities to develop positive thinking and feeling and to transform undesirable habits and behavior patterns. Therapeutic goals are to achieve freedom from restrictive thought and belief systems, to assist in solving personal problems, developing motivation and achieving goals. Client may be taught the use of self-hypnotic techniques to assist in achieving goals and resolving issues that have been mutually agreed upon by Client and Hypnotherapist.

Hypnosis is not a state of sleep, but is a natural state of mind that can produce extraordinary levels of relaxation of mind, body and emotions. The principles and theories upon which hypnotherapy is based are accessing and utilizing the power of one's inner resources. Hypnosis can transcend the critical, analytical level of mind, and facilitate the acceptance of suggestions, directions and instructions desired by the Client. The therapeutic use of hypnosis can also elicit information and insights from the inner mind. The Hypnotherapist utilizes interviews, discussion and hypnotic methods dealing with underlying issues whenever appropriate, with the goal of achieving effective and lasting results.

Services to be provided do not include the practice of medicine, as Hypnotherapist is not a licensed physician. These services are non-diagnostic, and are complementary to the healing arts services that are licensed by the state. The California State Legislature has determined that state licensing may not be conferred upon an occupational group for purposes of status or prestige. The primary purpose of licensing laws for legally defined Healing Arts and Mental Health professionals is to protect public health and safety. Accordingly, Hypnotherapists are not issued licenses by any state governmental agency to engage in their professional services.
